Once you've studied the races and made your picks, there are three different ways to place a wager.

Option B: On-Track at a SST

Self-service terminals (SSTs) are automated teller machines available throughout the track. To place a bet, you'll need to obtain a betting voucher. SSTs also accept winning tickets.

For guests who have placed bets on-track at Saratoga before: Brand-new machines have been installed for the 2024 season.

Option C: On-Track with a Live Teller

Looking to keep it old school? Live tellers will be stationed throughout the track on race day. Tellers accept cash, betting vouchers, and winning tickets.

To place your wager, state the name of the track, race number, amount to bet, type of bet, and number of the horse(s).

Example: "Saratoga, 4th race, $10 to Win on 5."
