These fan-favorite trucks will be serving throughout the four-day Racing Festival:

• Di Folco's - Di Folco’s Roaming Occasions is a Schenectady brand that is known for their high quality ingredients and service. They join us at Saratoga for the first time. Visit their food truck by Gate A for a great sub!
• El Toro Rojo - El Toro Rojo is one of New York's best taco food trucks featuring tacos, burritos, quesadillas. Fresh off serving the fans at the Kentucky Derby, they will be offering up their Mexican concepts in the backyard.
• Mac Truck - The Mac Truck was launched by Dom Tesoriero during the summer of 2012 at Saratoga Race Course. They serve many varieties of macaroni and cheese that are distributed nationwide by some of the country’s biggest suppliers.
• Meatball Planet - Meatball Planet is a local family-owned food truck that specializes in the most innovative meatball creations you can imagine. Come enjoy a cup or cups of meatballs from their food truck right outside Fourstardave!
• Nuchas - Nuchas is located in New Jersey and offers many varieties of a delicious handheld empanada. In April 2019, Ariel Barbouth took Nuchas into the "Shark Tank". This will be Nuchas' second summer at Saratoga Race Course.
• Slidin' Dirty - Slidin’ Dirty has been serving burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and gourmet fries to the greater Capital Region of New York with a unique slider menu since 2012. They join us at Saratoga for the first time. Visit them in the backyard!
• Stuf'd - We are proud to bring STUF’d to Saratoga for the first time! Try their gourmet sandwiches in the North Paddock of the backyard.
• Walter's Hot Dogs - Walter's Hot Dogs is a Westchester institution and nationally registered historical landmark, serving world-famous hot dogs since 1919.
• Yankee Doodle Dandy's - Yankee Doodle Dandy's is one of NYC’s favorite All American food trucks. This Long Island-based brand joins Saratoga for the first time to offer their mouth-watering chicken sandwiches.
